If there are clients who already purchased 2 vouchers, you are welcome to give it to a friend : ) who can call me to make a booking themselves for a different day. Please be patient, if I do not respond to your phone call immediately, as it is very possible, I am in the Zen Treatment Room. I promise to answer your calls accordingly. : )

I do not accommodate groups unfortunately.

Bookings

Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. Full payment of packages is required at time of booking for confirmed appointment.

Special Consideration

For any guest who has high blood pressure, heart condition, is pregnant or any other medical complications is advised to consult their physicians before signing up for any spa services. Please inform your spa therapist of any existing medical conditions to avoid complications and health problems. ZenVita Wellness Spa is not responsible for anyone whom enters this Treatment room who already feels unwell, or has not adhered to reading the Contraindications before a treatment, whether, this is arriving here having had a large meal or not drinking enough water that they are dehydrated, have not notified us of any health problems. Signing the consultation form you waive any liability you against ZenVita Wellness Spa .Please inform your therapist if you have any of the following: high blood pressure, heart condition, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctor before doing any spa services. Kindly inform your spa therapist of any allergies infections, and or need for extra care (plain, injuries, tension) or adjustments (positions pressure). ZenVita Wellness Spa is not responsible for any theft, damages, loss or misfortune that may occur. We recommend you to leave your personal valuable items in your own possession/bag.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent for any services. Tanning requires that you must be 18 years of age or older.

Cancellation Policy

The treatments you have selected are reserved for you. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required. Full charges will be imposed for a “No Show”.

Valuables

We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the Spa. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises.

Payment

We accept cash and credit card payment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
