Zenvita does not have a reminder service. Once a redemption code has been given, this is the confirmation of an appointment.


Congratulations on purchasing a voucher from, please call 0871618029  or email and tell me your preference (day/time) and have your Redemption Code. If the telephone line is busy, please leave a voicemail - I will endeavor to call you back later that day, or the following day. 



  • 1 voucher per person. I do not offer back to back treatments; two appointments cannot be booked together.

  • Results may vary

  • Not valid with any other offers or promotions

  • Must be used in one visit

  • Vouchers are not transferable

  • Booking is essential

  • Subject to availability - weekends are limited.

  • 48-hour strict cancellation policy.

  • All treatments include a consultation.

  • Make your booking early to avoid disappointment.

  •  For new customers only - these vouchers are introductions for new clients, but you are welcome to purchase the voucher through myself if you have been with me before.

  • One voucher per person.

  • I do not cater for groups.

  • 1 client at a time.

  • Please arrive on time, at least 5 minutes before your appointment as you will need to fill out a consultation form as a new client.

  • Unfortunately I cannot curtail treatment time if late, out of courtesy for the next client.

  • I have no text reminder service, please write down the date, time carefully.

  • Vouchers must be used by expiry date, and cannot be extended.

  • When a Holistic Full Body Massage voucher is purchased and it is not possible to perform this full treatment , due to contra-indications : ie unexplained rashes, fungal infections, etc. Other  terms & conditions may apply, or policies of this Wellness Spa then a back massage, or more Reflexology or only a head massage will be added or taken out to ensure you enjoy your wellness treatment here. I would always advise you to see a doctor for reassurance.

  • I am not responsible for vouchers  which are lost or If you forget to book in for your treatment before the expiry date.

  • When you cannot attend the appointment which has being made for you, there is a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.

  • Vouchers/ Special discounts are only available Monday to Friday (excluding Tuesday morning and all day Thursday) Vouchers are not available on weekends. If you have bought a voucher or received this as a gift and cannot attend during the week, You can give this voucher to a friend.

  • Offers or discounts will not be applied to special offers which are already reduced or for shorter treatments.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for three months only from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Any changes/amends being made for appointments relating to Promotions and Special Events, All special offers and promotional events are subject to availability. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • f there are any treatments included in the special offer or promotional event the treatments cannot be amended, upgraded or transferred.

  • By booking treatments at ZenVita Wellness Spa you agree to terms & conditions and have read the  terms & conditions and contraindications page.

  • All belongings are at owners risk. The company accepts no liability for lost/broken items or items left behind. Please ensure that you have all belongings before you leave. Thank you.


                                                 Data Protection


Dear Client,


I have an obligation to keep client records as part of my insurance terms. 

 In respect of record keeping of your signed consultation form, if the client is aged over 18, records will remain by me for 5 years from the date of their last treatment. 

If the client is aged under 18, records will remain by me, for 5 years from the date when they reach 18.

If the client is suffering from any  incapacity the records will be kept for 5 years from the date when they are deemed to be capable of making their own decisions, whereby records will be kept indefinitely.

Please be aware, the information provided from you (the client) is never shared with anyone.     Clients are treated with sensitivity and remain private; there are no third party engagements.

Terms & Condition

Offers or discounts on these pages are subject to change, rates, etc.

If you need to cancel please let us know 48 hours in advance.

Full payment required upon booking which is non-refundable within the 24 hours cancellation policy.

For weekend appointments payment is always in advance.

If you wish to cancel your treatment please contact us 48 hours in advance to avoid full payment being charged.  Your therapist is waiting for you.

Strictly no refunds for a 'no show'. Please ensure you let us know you cannot make your appointment.

Failure to arrive for your prebooked appointment will result in your appointment being curtailed.


We reserve the right to raise prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards of service.


As a courtesy  we request that clients switch off their mobile phones.

No responsibility can be accepted by the Company for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the ZenVita Wellness.

If you do bring valuable items it is essential they are covered by your own insurance for the period of your stay. The Company will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our guests.
