Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. Full payment of packages is required at time of booking for confirmed appointment.
For any guest who has high blood pressure, heart condition, is pregnant or any other medical complications is advised to consult their physician before signing up for any spa services. Please inform your spa therapist of any existing medical conditions to avoid any complications and health problems. ZenVita Wellness Spa is not responsible for anyone who is already unwell upon entering a treatment or has not adhered to reading the contraindications form before a treatment, whether this is arriving having had a large meal or not having drank enough water and is dehydrated.
By signing the consultation form you waive any liability against ZenVita Wellness Spa .Please inform your therapist if you have any of the following: high blood pressure, heart condition, are pregnant or have any other medical complications for which it is advised to consult their doctor before doing any spa services. Kindly inform your spa therapist of any allergies infections, and/or need extra care (for plain, injuries or tension) or adjustments (position/pressure). ZenVita Wellness Spa is not responsible for any theft, damages, loss or misfortune that may occur. We recommend that you to leave your valuables in your own possession/bag.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent for any services. Tanning requires that you must be 18 years of age or older.
The treatments you have selected are reserved for you. 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Full charges will be imposed for a 'No Show'.
We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the Spa. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises.
We accept cash and credit card payment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The spa treatments and services received at ZenVita Wellness Spa are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless ZenVIta Wellness Spa, its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.
